Orders & Payments

We currently accept Interac e-Transfer only. Full payment must be received before your order is processed and shipped.

After placing your order, you’ll receive step-by-step e-Transfer instructions at checkout and by email. Log in to your online banking and send the payment exactly as provided.

 

Once an order is submitted and payment has been received, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your cart before completing checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship Canada-wide using Canada Post. Orders cannot be delivered outside of Canada.

 

We offer $20 flat-rate shipping across Canada and free shipping on all orders over $149.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via Canada Post. Delivery times vary by region, but you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

No. We do not provide specific delivery time slots or express shipping options at this time.

Packaging & Support

All orders are shipped discreetly in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of cannabis or our company name.

 

Yes – all packages include tracking details which will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our team at support@buycannabisonline.ca. We’ll help you investigate and follow up with Canada Post.
